HarDinStrong provides subscription-based digital fitness and wellness services. Because access to digital content and sessions may be made available immediately upon purchase, refunds are limited to the circumstances set out in this Policy or as otherwise required by applicable law.
We offer a free trial session to new users. No payment or card details are required to access the free trial. The free trial is limited to one session and does not automatically convert into a paid subscription without your express authorisation.
If you have a medical condition, emergency, bereavement, or other exceptional circumstance that prevents you from using the Services, please contact us at contactushardinstrong@gmail.com. We may review your case individually and may, at our discretion, offer a subscription pause, plan adjustment, credit, pro-rata refund, or other suitable resolution.

We will aim to respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will ordinarily be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, subject to payment processor timelines.
All payments are processed by Razorpay. Refund timelines are subject to Razorpay's processing timelines and your bank or financial institution. HarDinStrong will not be responsible for delays caused solely by such third parties, though we will reasonably assist in tracking legitimate refund-processing issues.
