Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscription plans purchased through HarDinStrong via hardinstrong.com or any other medium and forms part of the Terms of Use. Please read this Policy carefully before making a purchase.

General Principles

HarDinStrong provides subscription-based digital fitness and wellness services. Because access to digital content and sessions may be made available immediately upon purchase, refunds are limited to the circumstances set out in this Policy or as otherwise required by applicable law.

We offer a free trial session to new users. No payment or card details are required to access the free trial. The free trial is limited to one session and does not automatically convert into a paid subscription without your express authorisation.

Monthly Subscription

  • Billed on a rolling monthly basis at the price displayed at checkout.
  • You may cancel at any time before the next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Once access for the relevant billing period has been granted, no refund will ordinarily be provided for that current month.

6-Month Subscription

  • Billed upfront at the price displayed at checkout.
  • A full refund will ordinarily be provided if you cancel within 7 days of purchase and have not accessed more than one session.
  • After 7 days, or if more than one session has been accessed, no refund will ordinarily be provided. Partial refunds for unused months are not generally available.

12-Month Subscription

  • Billed upfront at the price displayed at checkout.
  • A full refund will ordinarily be provided if you cancel within 7 days of purchase and have not accessed more than one session.
  • After 7 days, or if more than one session has been accessed, no refund will ordinarily be provided. Partial refunds for unused months are not generally available.

Exceptional Circumstances

If you have a medical condition, emergency, bereavement, or other exceptional circumstance that prevents you from using the Services, please contact us at contactushardinstrong@gmail.com. We may review your case individually and may, at our discretion, offer a subscription pause, plan adjustment, credit, pro-rata refund, or other suitable resolution.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email contactushardinstrong@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address used to sign up
  • The subscription plan purchased
  • The date of purchase
  • The reason for the request
  • Where applicable, any supporting documents for medical or exceptional-circumstances reviews

We will aim to respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will ordinarily be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, subject to payment processor timelines.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Razorpay. Refund timelines are subject to Razorpay's processing timelines and your bank or financial institution. HarDinStrong will not be responsible for delays caused solely by such third parties, though we will reasonably assist in tracking legitimate refund-processing issues.
