Welcome to HarDinStrong. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of hardinstrong.com (the "Site") and any fitness, wellness, mobility, strength, educational, subscription, and related services we provide (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing, registering for, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to register an account or purchase a subscription. Persons below 18 may use the Services only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, but only an adult may register an account.

You represent and warrant that all information provided to HarDinStrong - including registration details, health declarations, and payment information - is true, accurate, complete, and up to date.

Nature of the Services

The Services provide general fitness, mobility, strength, wellness, and educational content for informational and recreational purposes only. The Services do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, or emergency response services.

Your use of the Services does not create any doctor-patient, physiotherapist-patient, or clinical care relationship between you and HarDinStrong. Individual results may vary. HarDinStrong does not guarantee any particular physical, medical, or performance outcome.

Important Health Notice

User Acknowledgements

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Exercise involves inherent risks, including the risk of falls, strains, sprains, fractures, cardiac events, and aggravation of existing conditions
• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in workouts and related activities
• You are solely responsible for monitoring your own condition during any session
• You must stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, chest discomfort, shortness of breath, dizziness, palpitations, or any other concerning symptom
• HarDinStrong does not monitor your vital signs or physical environment in real time and cannot guarantee intervention in an emergency
• You are responsible for ensuring your training space is safe, adequately lit, with stable flooring and no trip hazards

Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewals

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees displayed at checkout
• Unless you cancel before the end of the then-current billing cycle, your subscription may automatically renew
• You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us at contactushardinstrong@gmail.com
• Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy
• We may revise pricing by giving reasonable prior notice to active subscribers

Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

• Share, reproduce, or distribute any workout content without our written permission
• Use content for commercial purposes
• Attempt to circumvent any access controls or security measures
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our programs - including workout videos, text, graphics, and branding - is the intellectual property of HarDinStrong and is protected under applicable law. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HarDinStrong shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India, or such other jurisdiction as mutually agreed.

Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email or on our website.
